End of Semester Wrap-Up

Hi Everyone!

I can't believe the semester has already coming to an end! And i cannot believe I am writing this final blog! I remember reading everybody's blog at the beginning of the semester when we originally had to set this up and everybody was excited about the course, yet some were nervous about everything! I dont know about you, but it turned out to be alot better then i thought! In reality, it was ALOT OF FUN!

I am quickly as short as possible going to try and go through my feelings about each of the assignments. First the newsletter. I was actually the dumb one who tried to create it in microsoft word...bad idea! It wasnt until i realized i should be using microsoft publisher did everything go smooth! It was alot of fun choosing a layout and deciding what to put in my newsletter! Then the inspiration assignment. That was alot of fun because i had never thought about using the program to create the inspiration assignment so i had fun doing that. The powerpoint was also interesting. I did not know those pre made powerpoint projects existed so that was alot of fun!

The technology wiki was fun because i not only posted my findings, but i also had the opportunity to see my classmates, as well as the other EDCI 232 classes! The spreadsheet/database was beneficial, however, it was a little overwhelming at first because the module was 68 pages long!! (whoa!) The WEBQUEST was alot of fun! I had fun making my own webpage, uploading pictures, and creating links and putting all of my information on the site! And lastly the Electronic Portfolio was easier than i thought it would be because i already had all of the contents for the portfolio!

All in all, i had a lot of fun in this class, more than i thought i would have! I am really glad i had fun throughout this course or else it would have been very difficult! Best of luck to everybody next semester and throughout your teaching careers!
